Healthcare: Where the Stakes Are Highest
Nowhere are these rights more urgent than in healthcare. AI is showing up in hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies — and the guardrails are still being built.
Even the hospitals know the tools aren't ready. But the pressure to adopt AI anyway is enormous.

Before you use any AI tool:
- Read (or at least skim) the privacy policy. Look for "data retention," "training," and "third parties."
- Check if you can opt out of your data being used for training.
